The Banner Suite in the Old Ground Hotel was awash with Clare’s business community as the Partners in Clune Lynch and Co thanked their loyal client base for their 40 years of support.
Clune Lynch & Co, one of Clare’s most successful accountancy practices, joined Limerick accountants and business advisers HLB McKeogh Gallagher Ryan earlier this year. To acknowledge the unwavering support they have received over their 40 years in practice in Ennis, and to introduce their new colleagues from the Limerick-based practice HLB McKeogh Gallagher Ryan, they hosted a coffee morning with their clients and fellow business colleagues on Wednesday morning March 28th.
Clune Lynch Founder and Partner Martin Lynch spoke of their gratitude to clients, some of whom have been with him for 40 years, and the exciting times ahead for the firm; “Our clients have been exceptionally loyal to our practice over the years and I really wish to acknowledge that and I sincerely hope that they have found our attention and commitment to them equally as dedicated and valuable.”
As we enter this exciting new phase for our firm I also have to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our staff, who know our clients so well. They will continue to work with all our clients from our offices in 50 O’Connell Street, with ourselves and Eoin Gallagher, our new audit partner, offering enhanced tax and a
dvisory capacity from our other new colleagues.”
Martin Lynch reflected on an impressive business career spanning 40 years. When they set up Clune Lynch they were one of two accountancy firms in Ennis and now there are nearly 20, they have seen many changes in the town and the wider Irish business environment. Speaking of the merger as a perfect match Martin was keen to stress that the four original Clune Lynch partners are still very much available to their clients but also wanted to introduce the Limerick partners – Audit and Accounting Partner Eoin Gallagher, Tax Partner Mary McKeogh, and Advisory Partner Eoin Ryan. All of whom are available to Clune Lynch clients, with Eoin Gallagher working from the Ennis office.
Mary McKeogh HLB McKeogh Gallagher Ryan’s Managing and Tax Partner expressed her enthusiasm about the firm’s move into Ennis: “We are delighted to join forces with Clune Lynch & Co, and have found the staff and clients so welcoming. We feel it is a very natural fit for both our firms, as we provide so many complementary services and already are working so well together.”
