After a very successful fundraising the 2021 EIIS private placing in Lurrig Solar Farm is fully subscribed and closed.
There was overwhelming demand for this EIIS investment which offered eligible investors up to 40% tax relief and a maximum return of €1.05 per €1 invested. EIIS continues to be highly desirable to tax payers as one of the only tax breaks available to taxpayers.
