Both windfarm EIIS private placings are offering €1.15 per €1 invested after 5 years on top of 40% tax relief. Cahermurphy Windfarm is a 3-turbine 6MW windfarm located in Kilmihil, Co Clare and Garrymore Windfarm is a 9-turbine 9.5MW windfarm located in Co. Donegal.
Both windfarms will remain open until 31st December unless fully subscribed before that date.
