HLB International publishes an update from 11 countries on European Intellectual Property regimes

HLB International members from 11 European countries, including Ireland,  have summarised the local IP regimes in their country.

Many European countries have introduced tax regimes that focus on Intellectual Property. The topic has made headlines in recent weeks in the UK, following Pfizer’s bid for AstraZeneca, with Pfizer describing the UK as providing ‘attractive incentives for companies to manufacture products and maintain and protect intellectual property’.
