McKeogh Gallagher Ryan’s Corporate Recovery Partner Eoin Ryan has accepted a large appointment as statutory receiver.
On 19th July 2013 Eoin was appointed statutory receiver to the companies controlling the properties known as Waterford Castle Hotel and Waterford Castle Golf and Country Club – Cendant Limited and Newgold Limited, as well as REFL Construction Limited. Eoin and his team are working with the staff and management of Waterford Castle in trading the Resort.
